Moving forward

Yes, I had a really rough night recently. I wanted to put it out there and show the hard times. That night really sucked, but I’m moving forward from that with the positive. I got to see a really dark side again and realized that I can be a voice for those needing one. I am glad that I went through this and came out stronger. Thanks for the words of encouragement you have given me. I wasn’t looking for that, but it’s been great to hear. Roll on out!

    Randy,

I read your article in the Southtown today. My daughter has been diagnosed with MS as of February of this year. The kicker is she is only 15 years old. Her symptoms were similar to yours the numbness in the legs and blurred vision. She too is on the shots. She now can’t run her balance is off and is having a hard time with the heat. My daughter’s best friend’s mother has MS and unable to walk. My daughter has been friends with this girl for the past 5 years (way before we knew what as lurking in the background for my own daughter) My daughter would come home and would talk to me about the home situation there and how she don’t know how she could ever handle that if it were me. In just a few years later we find out its not me she had to fear for; it was herself. My daughter is living one of her biggest fears.

You need to stay STRONG and move forward so you can give my daughter hope for her long journey ahead. What I told my daughter during her dark times is that “the road you have ahead may be a rough road, but you have a road. You see my daughter lost one of her friends in a terrible car accident about two months ago and it really affected her. We realized how precious life is and how quick it could be taken away.

STAY STRONG you have people counting on you.

    Laura

This caused me to fall in March and broke my shoulder…bummer. I don’t twitter, have to watch my monies because meds for MS are quite costly but i will follow your blogs. Stay safe and never give up.
